• When will I recieve my order? Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment has been received.
U.S. orders take an additional 2-5 days for shipping. International orders take 6-45 days to arrive after your order has shipped.
• Do you sell Wholesale? Sorry, at this time, we do not.
• What types of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, & eCheck through PayPal.
• What is your return/exchange policy? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 day for a refund or up to 30 days from date of receipt to make an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. Items returned must be unopened and unused. Please contact us for our return address. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement.
• Who creates your artwork? All our artwork is created by Holly Brooke Jones.
• Do you donate products to charity? Yes, however we get several donation requests weekly and can not possibly help each one. We regret that we are unable to help everyone who puts in a request. We will reveiw each request carefully and will only be able to respond to the charities that we are able to help.
• I live in Utah, can I pick up my item and save on shipping? Sorry, we are unable to allow for customer traffic at our studio.
• Do you have coupon codes? Yes, we send out a news letter once a month or once every two months. These sometimes contain coupon codes, giveaways, and other special offeres. CLICK HERE to subscribe to our email list.
